About the ASME
Since 1916, ASME has accredited
companies in the pressure vessel
industry to certify that their products,
services and quality system comply with
the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel
Code.
ASME Code Symbol
Stamps, which are
regarded as the
hallmark of
acceptance and
certification, are
used to indicate that the stamped item(s)
conform to the latest edition of the ASME
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes.
Utilization of the ASME Code Symbol
Stamp is a means of complying with the
laws and regulations in all 50 states in
the U.S., and all of the provinces of
Canada. In addition, it has been
estimated that over 100 countries accept
the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel
Code as a means of meeting their
government safety regulations.
Quality Control
All of Delta Fabricating's products undergo rigorous, multilevel Quality
Control inspection processes to ensure your projects are built to the
highest possible standards. We are proud stamp holders for the ASME
under Section VIII, Division 1 with "U" and "UM" certifications as well as
members of the National Board of Boiler Inspectors with an "R" stamp
enabling us to repair and make alterations to existing pressure vessels. In
addition, all of our welders and procedures are qualified under ASME's
section IX requirements.
We are perpetually reviewing and refining our Quality Control procedures
to make sure they remain relevant and effective. With regular inspections
of our facilities and procedures by an ASME certified third party inspector,
all of our products are guaranteed to be of the best quality and made to the highest possible standards.
In addition to our standard procedures, we will customize our inspections to suit your requirements.
